Our network is open to LGBTQ+ professionals in C-level and senior leadership positions (VP/Director level and above), emerging LGBTQ+ talent with leadership potential, and straight allies in executive roles who champion inclusive leadership. We welcome members from all industries across the Netherlands and internationally.

Corporate partners commit to advancing LGBTQ+ representation through financial support, participation in our CEO Straight Ally Dinners, and implementation of inclusive policies. Partners gain access to our exclusive toolkit, diversity monitoring frameworks, and guidance on creating psychologically safe environments where LGBTQ+ leaders can thrive authentically.

LGBTQ+ executives in our network can become mentors by expressing interest through our contact form. We match mentors with emerging LGBTQ+ talent based on industry, experience, and development goals. The commitment typically involves monthly one-hour sessions and participation in our mentor training program.

These are intimate gatherings of 6-8 C-level executives, mixing straight allies and LGBTQ+ leaders, hosted in Amsterdam. Over dinner, participants share personal experiences, discuss barriers to inclusion, and develop actionable strategies. These off-the-record conversations create genuine understanding and commitment to change at the highest organizational levels.

We respect that not all LGBTQ+ leaders are publicly out in their professional lives. Your level of visibility is entirely your choice. We offer various engagement options from fully public advocacy to private peer support. All our events follow Chatham House rules unless otherwise specified.

Engagement is flexible based on your availability. Most members attend 3-4 events annually, ranging from informal coffee sessions to our signature Captains Dinners. Mentors typically commit 1-2 hours monthly. Corporate partners usually participate in quarterly strategic sessions.

These partnerships ensure our individual membership remains accessible while maintaining independence in our mission to achieve 10% LGBTQ+ representation in senior leadership by 2030.
